When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 16:00 are shipped the same day. In most cases, your order will arrive within 1–2 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a track-and-trace link.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, that is certainly possible. You can select this option as the shipping method in the webshop. As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

How long do I have to return an order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. After registering your return, you will receive further instructions.
Are there return costs?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Can you install products?
Contact us to discuss the options for your project.
The cost for installation within a 30 km radius of Deventer/Apeldoorn is 49 euros. An order must first be placed through the website. Shipping is then free and we will bring the product with us for installation.
How do I install a wall connection profile?
You can install a wall connection profile easily with tile adhesive or mounting adhesive. Make sure the surface is clean and dry and press the profile firmly into place. If needed, view our installation guides for detailed instructions.
Can I get advice on choosing the right profile?
